Reeds Cape Town gave me worst attitude

I went to service my car at Reeds Cape Town today 29 January 2014. They indicated the car will be ready 4:30 pm. At 4:20pm they called me to tell me they could not collect me because of traffic and I should walk to their offices. I suggested various options which were all shot down. With arrogance they told me that if I could not walk to their offices, they were going to lock my car as they leave at 5pm. I had indicated to Lorenzo when he indicated that I could not afford that as I had made no prior arrangements. When we could not reason with Lorenzo my husband tried the manager Werner Malherbe who told my husband he cannot help I should come tomorrow with same arrogance as Lorenzo. As I am writing this email I am at work with no transport. Our only cars are from Reeds so this is very disappointing. We were considering changing our Captiva for Trail Blazer and I reminded my husband of the poor we used to get at N1 City which resulted in us to changing where we service to Ferndale. Now they locked my car with such arrogance because they can as it was at their r premises. So if you considering buying car from Reeds just know their after sale service is horrible. For me never again
