I bought a renault sandero stepway demo model in may 2013. from renault bryanston. the car already had 12000km on, when i asked the salesman about servicing as i was not prepared to buy a car that would need to be serviced soon i was told within a year. now i i want to to service it 7 months later and with 26000km on the clock they will not help me as apparenrly now my maintenance plan (which was financed as well as warranty and extended warranty) will not cover it, i have been trying ti get answers since tuesday with very little joy.
