I send a envelope to Minneapolis on 16 January from Linden Post Office.
They recommend EMS because it is the fastest.
The told me it would be there not later than Tuesday 21 January.

When I phoned on Wednesday 23 January, they told me that it was in New York on 19 January.
However they said that they cannot give me any further information from there on.

To me this is unacceptable: We paid EMS not their supplier in America.
They are responsible to give detail about the tracking of the envelope.

And it is very difficult to get hold of an operator on the phone numbers.

Either it is ringing and then you are cut off or the careline does not ring at all today.
