I have never received such bad service in my life.
I booked my Kia Rio in for my 30000km service as well as a repair of a rattle in my dashboard.
When I got my car back two days later, someone had driven over 40km`s with my car (as I checked my oddometer before I left it there).
The worst part is when i got my car back, there was scratches on my leather steering wheel which i brought up with my service consultant. I was informed that he would put in a claim for the damage, but he could give no explanation for the damage.
My claim was rejected and know i have received no feedback.
Patrick my service consulted told me to take it up with management.
I will most probably have to sue for the damages now.
DO NOT EVER USE KIA MULTIFRANCISE STIKLAND for your service.
They are useless.
