He is a wedding photographer we booked for a November 2013 wedding. Our package included a photobook, 2 framed A4 pictures, a cd with all the edited pictures, a bridal prep, full coverage of the wedding, a photoshoot and 2 dvds.
it rained so the photgrapher said they would schedule another day to do it. when we picked up our photobook and dvd 4 weeks later the date had not been confirmed. we viewed the dvd and discovered that the video quality was bad and that it froze at different places. we called and reported it and he stated that he would sort it out. We have not received any feedback from him and he does not answer our calls or respond to our sms's. i left a message on his facebook page and he deleted and blocked me off his account. has such today 22.01.14 i called him from a different number and he answered the called. when querying about our agreement, he began to get rude and started to swear me vulgar languages (F *^$ and B$#@! &). he continued to do so eventhough all i asked him about was when we could do the shoot and receive the pictures. he said i should not have left a message on facebook and was irate about that. he continued to degrade me and so i hung up
