I bought a 320cdi c class merc (121000), from above company on 15 /2/13, paying back R4700 per month. From the first month this car has given me trouble, got stuck along the N2 (khayalitsha) twice.
Replaced three blow plugs and fuel filter out of my own pocket, warranty does not cover this. Since August and September 13', this car struggled to start and would cut out leaving me stranded on several occasions. I eventually approached the service centre, to evaluate the problem.. on the 21 October 13' i left my car at the rola service centre mall, (134 000), to date I still dont have my car, and after several enquiries they don't communicate back when I phone for feedback.. ( I cannot take off from work every time to go in personally).thus far they have notified me the fuel pump is broken and the warranty covers /-R11000, still showed faults ..long story short, I need to pay another 5 years and I have a car with HUGE problems, I have hardly driven this vehicle. I want value for my money..Rola got paid over R240 000, for a car that is useless and they are not willing to rectify their wrong. I still dont have my car..very poor service from this company. Pls help.. they dont
