Sent the terios for 150 000km service and highligthed that the shocks seem to be finished because the body of the car can be felt hitting on the chassis and there is marks on the chassis.
When the car was collected, the report said everything is fine. they even checked the lights all are working whereas one of the parking lights and one of the front fog ligths are not working - because before the car went in for service they were not working. That when i got concerned if really they checked as they say they did according to the report. The lady tells me i must just book the car again - for what I ask because it was there to be serviced - She says she believes what the report says - otherwise i can go to another dealer - that how to treat a customer query. Job No: 0151227. Her attitude was realy realy disrespectful to another human being - I have paid money. I am just thankfull that the conversation was over the phone - not face to face.
