Took in my car for service Tuesday 2 April & after fetching the car I realised my lights were not working - this after they phoned me about the lights & I instructed them to fix them. They phoned me to say that my car was ready for collection & THREE times I asked Ettienne if he indeed fixed & checked that the lights were all working & he confirmed with NO DOUBT. He obviously TO ME. Until Friday I have begged this guy to arrange to get my car fixed..all I heard were problems about shortage of drivers to collect the car due to sicknesses & other drivers being involved in accidents as they were transporting customers. He nevertheless EVERYDAY promised that he'll sent someone to collect my car & I must rest assured. ALL AGAIN! On monday 8 Apr I eventually got hold of his manager to report the matter & he promised to get the matter sorted & my car will indeed be collected. Per agreement with manager my car was collected the next day & I was happy that finally my headlights will be fixed. Seems like the manager handed the car to Ettiene & he again PROMISED & unDELIVERED. to me again about calling me. He left me stranded with no car yesterday! Demanded it back yesterday!
