SERVICE COSTS ME MY CAR

Bought a GroupOn voucher and took car to be serviced (needed oil service) on 22/01/2014. They checked the car and provided me with a fault report prior to working on the car and nothing included a faulty or prospectively so alternator. My car had gone for a major service in 03/2013 with the manufacturer VW and they too gave me a fault report & never had issues with battery or alternator. When I went to fetch the car after they'd finished, we noticed that the battery light on the dash that's meant to go off after the car starts was on the entire way home & they had closed for the day so decided I'd call them in the morning to report and query this. When I woke up the next morning the car didn't't start and when I phoned them they said to try jump start the car (:( Now I'm having to jump start a perfectly healthy car prior to them laying their hands on my car). We did and the car's lights flicked like a x-mas tree whilst en route and suddenly we had broken down, what a mess. Kessel organised to pick us up which they did and now are telling me it's the alternator that is the faulty. Really? Suddenly? These people are dangerous and we cannot let them get away with such injustic
