My Audi got damaged through a pothole and after big disputes the towing company had my car for a couple of days. When it arrived at the Audi Centre it had more damages to it. So after many phone calls KP assured us that they will fit the bill for the damages after Audi did their part. Well, six months down the line and we have our car back from Audi but now KP sent us to a dodgy repair centre in East Rand where our car was not even on their system and we were advised that grey parts will be used to fix it. Needless to say we got another quote, sent it to William on the 22nd of October 2013 and still no reply. I even tried his direct line! And if you phone 0860 505050 it reverts you back to the beginning as soon as it starts ringing. ABSOLUTELY SUPER RIDICULOUS!!!
