Parcel stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (hub)

My Parcel was transferred from Quagga (pretoria) to Southdale (Johannesburg) on the 10/04 as per my request. But now it has been stuck at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (hub) ever since, today is already the 23/05 and tracking shows its still there. Every time i phone the phone just rings and then cuts off. I was given this number for customs 011 961 6984 by the sapo customer consultant. This is very frustrating and really really poor service from the post office. If only they could just pick up the phone and assist with this matter. My Tracking Number RI270447762ZA
