I am extremely unhappy and upset with the kind of service received from the DUO Sapphire Mac's Party Farmyard, after much enquiries with the farmyard I arranged a viewing for the 2.11.2013 which the farmyard was well aware of, I was under the impression that the venue would then be available on this day as I would not have wasted my time going all the way there to view the farmyard, when calling in a day or two later to book the place I was told that I am not able to book the place as it has been reserved for a corporate company who will only confirm the booking with them at the end of September, so in essence myself as a an individual and a paying consumer would not be able to book this place. I do understand that the farmyard has rights to reserve bookings however what is most upsetting is the fact that they gave me the hope that the place could be booked for the specified date, I spent time and money in the hopes that my son would have his first birthday party there. If this is the values they go by then I'm glad iv had the opportunity to book a place at an alternative venue where I have so far received first class service irrespective of the title I hold.
