I bought the car in June. Was promised a roadworthy certificate would be provided along with an annual license disk. Since then they have failed to produce either of them. I have had to replace the brakes at a cost of R10, 000 and have had an overheating problem which I had fixed too at my expense. I was also promised after a vehicle check that certain things missing like a jack and safety triangle amoungst other things would be supplied as per contract, I don't have these. I have emailed tooo many times and been promised the world and received nothing? Now they say they need my Passport to register, I have provided this when I bought the car and they have a commissioner of oaths to verify this document. I have since sadly had my passport so at this stage cannot provide it AGAIN. Not that I would actually allow them to take this away from my person anyway. My last correspondence was yesterday an email and a call back from them promising to contact me asap. 24 hours later and typically nothing?? I at this stage am at the end of my tether!!! Please get this sorted Pharoah??? Shawn has been helpful but feel he is let down by an inefficient and incompetent admin department. HELP
