This is a bit late but I have to compliment Shawn on the excellent service that he provided us with when we purchased a vehicle from Pharoah's. We live in Bloemfontein and everything was done via e-mail and over the phone, but even with me not visible to him, he still treated me with respect, handled all my queries excellently and sorted out the refunding of items that we had to fix on the vehicle that we bought, even months after the purchase of the vehicle. He truly is an asset to the company and I commend him for treating me (not the most pleasant person when I feel people are trying to stiff me) wih respect and patience. I really appreciate it Shawn. And we will definitely be back to purchase a vehicle from you again!
