Paying for something that wasn't broken

I sent in my car for a new romote and coding for my alarm/ immobelisor. When I picked up my car I was forced to pay for them fixing my central locking wich worked perfectly when I dropped the car and didn't get a new romote and alarm, anti hijack/ immobelisor didn't work. The technition told us both that he just started the car without working on it and that some wires was cut on the anti highjack, and there was a feus box missing, just very strange that I didn't experience any problems with alarm system till my remote broke. Now I wasted a whole day without my car wich cost me R900 and had to pay R695.40 for them to fix my central locking wich worked when I dropped of the car. This is the worst service I have ever received and as a vw approved client I am highly upset with the service I received. Futhermore mr Whitthoft said he has he's legal rights so I can do what I want, now I will start here and excersize my legal rights, contact the NCA and the news paper if needed. I don't care how much time was spend on my car the problem has not been resolved and I paid for something that wasn't faulty
