Digusting Behaviour by MiWay to paying clients

Called 29th Dec for assistance with jump-starting my car. William came 2my house 4rm Autohaus Towing (a typical Mr Know it All when in fact he knows nothing) with a booster pack. it still didn't start. He removed fiddled with the fuses which is against regulation. Nxt day it was towed to Rightway Electrical repairs (suggested by William). Main fuse was busted, I fixed R2000 lata despite William insisting it was the immoboliser. My car came bak wit mor problems, central locking alarm busted. I've bn chasing MiWay for a response 2wo is liable or to atleast meet me halfway with getting the alarm fixed as I handled the central locking. They promised to follo up with escalations nothin, yday called again JP told me 2speak 2the service provider Euro Assist wo also said they wuld investigate (no response til 2day). I found it strange 2deal with their provider wen I am THEIR client. 2day I get a call from Lesiba from Miway to conference call wit William wo blatantly said he neva touched da fuse box. they believe dis wo dey sent to me refuse 2 do anythin abt the damages.i was treated lyk a . disappointed utterly disgusted by the vicious treatment I have received from MiWay
