Like many complaints about this company, I too paid in full for a heat pump, solar panel and a solar gyser in October 2012. 5 months later still waiting.
I have called and e-mailed many times and was told the delay was due to the truck strikes and we will get the product - after that still nothings
when i contacted the rep, Quinton Oosthuizen who was the one who sold me this product. he told me the the company did not receive the rebates from eskom and this is the reason why we have note received the product.
Quinton no longer works for ecozone and there is no surprise why he has moved on???
we have e-mailed and contacted regarding the refund and we have not received anything from them.
I now see via other complaints the the name is changed to Ecosales and they do not even have the decency to
inform the customers that paid for they new office and website...
please advise if anyone has lodged a formal complaint with either small claims court or the consumer protector.
please let me know as I feel we will get more answers if we do it jointly.
