Just a heads up to everyone to not use Zensation Mobile Spa because its just a load of, they dont show on appointments or even call to let you know they cant make it.
This is not acceptable. You people have shown a total disregard and disrespect for my time! I have a child, and I have wasted my time and my money making arrangements for her to be taken out of our home, and to be watched and taken care for the duration of both of these appointments that YOUR staff never showed up for!
I am too far beyond being upset, to ever attempt to do business with you again. I no longer wish to be a customer of yours.
I demand to be reimbursed fully AND compensated for - my lost time, wasted money on childcare, my wasted time and efforts spent trying to make contact, and the disrespect you've treated my husband and I with.
