Worst experience openning an account

I have had an absolute nightmare in opening my account, and have resorted to coming onto HelloPter to try be heard, after being shunted around all the time and no one giving a flying hot about MY time being wasted. and most of all, it is my time off that has been wasted.

To cut a long story short as I will run out of Characters if I have to write all the details. I opened the account online in last week of Feb, My card was delivered to Umhlanga, sms didnt give the branch, so had to goto another. My proof of reidence, ie electricity bill was not accepted, asked to have my card sent to Pretoria, this was not done.

Then through the following 3 weeks of going to the branch only to be turned away as my lease agreement was not accepted, the legal document binding myself and the Landlord for 12 months.

After my 2nd card and promised by the Facebook contact person, RB JACOBS, that all is in order more time was wasted.

In total i had wasted at least 10-12 hours of my valuble time off, pertol and parking money, only to get an ag askies. My account took over a month for me to be able to use it and hours on the fone and emails sent.

Nobody has even tried to make it upto me for my tim
