I bort dunlop tyres 2 years ago by hi q in milnerton, so call then up to say both my front tyres got bulges on outside of tyre the same time, i spoke to darryl he said cum in lets have a look, i went and darryl at hi q said its under waranty i must go down to dunlop in montague gardens they sort it out, . However i went and pulld up at dunlop and there stand 2 dunlop guys mr tommy and his subby, the subby cumes to gate is said im cum to show u my tyres, mr tommy ask do u have apointment i say no darryl of hi q sent me, he say u have to have apointment as i like to spend time with my clients when i sort tyres out, i said i dont need time i need tyre replace, any way he shows me the board that say appoointment only, mr tommy looks at tyres he tels his subby go get voucher and give to lady to go replace her tyre, it was as easy as abc wow this is fastest guarantee replacement ever with no arguments explanations nuthing, now this all goes becasue mr tommy could have said go make apointment if he was nasty but he let me in and sorted the trye problem out, thumbs up to mr tommy the technician at dunlop montague gardens
