My Audi A1 EMI indicator started flickering on 03/01/2014.I booked it in for repairs on the 6th. The service adviser called me later that day, to tell me the part have been ordered and it should be there by midweek. However, I never heard from him again and called again on the 13/01 /2014.Later that day he called back to inform me the car is fixed and that I can pick it up. My car had 2 huge scratches across the rear bumper. Deon promised to repair it, and 2 days later I returned the car for paint work. My car was returned the Thursday afternoon and I took it to work on Friday. On my return from work, both the EMI and engine warning light started flickering. I reached home safely and called Deon on Saturday. He told me it's probably an electronic fault and that I should bring the car back on Monday. This will be the third week of torture for me withouth my car. I bought a brand new car and expected good service, but I was proven wrong. They did not even offer me a courtesy car.
