I ordered a fridge from this company, when it arrived it was faulty, Causing me to call the supplier of the fridge. But they had to subcontract everything to a local area and send out a Technician to look at the problem. i live in an area where it gets 45 degrees On Monday I called Kimberley and asked what was happening The told me the earliest can only be on that thursday and that nothing can be done sooner. When I asked how late all i got was they cant tell me, every question that followed was they cant tell me. When thursday came I heard nothing and called them again, THen they told me the car broke down the will onlt be coming on the friday, THis not even letting me know. I see patients on a daily basis and work according to appointments, thus not able to let everything go when they deside to appear. The friday came and no one came, called again no they were already on there way. Only right before a patient they call me and ask were i am, after supplying all info in detail, when i said they would need to wait, only to tell me no it is there last job and they must drive back home. After a heavy discussion the place throu the phone down in my ear. That was unexeptable
