Slow Service Taking my time and Money

I have visited the e-tag office in Midrand on New Road for 3 conseutive days. Each day I have waited for minimum an hour in the line and I still have not achieved what I have set out to do. They have adequate infrastructure to bill the road users and take our money but they do not have adequate infrastructure to make the road users (customers) life easier by installing a system that can handle the necessary volumes when it comes to registration and payment. This has cost me money and time. If I had registered on the first day I would have saved money. TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
