Initially had a really bad purchase experience - an offer of settlement was agreed to - several months later I am not getting replies when I send emails about the date the agreement will be upheld...
Have found out in the mean time that needed information was not supplied - i.e. a button which deactivates the alarm on the vehicle was never mentioned and therefore the alarm was not working since I bought the vehilce!
Problem with the back door which was not mentioned nor offered to have it fixed... also no mention was made that the bonnet was resprayed etc...???
What does it help going to a "reputable" dealership for a second hand vehicle? I am not even mentioning the original issues with the purchase...

Please do not PHONE me during work hours - send me e-mails as I need to have written proof of ALL communication with a company such as yourselves.
