I booked my car for brake pads to changed, lightbubls ets.in November 2013 for November 2013.When I arrived I explain what has to be done and explained that service was done in March 2013 so they have to check V belt etc because the system in the car shows service to be done.
Assistant called me and said that they don't have brake pads and other parts. But they can change the globes.
When I arrived they said to me that they change oil. I TOLD THEM AGAIN that oil was change in march 2013.
Does it mean they did not change oil in March 2013 and I was charge for it??? They told me that they will call me in when they get all parts. No call from Hyde PARK . They lost loyal customer.
