We have launched a brand new company shipping comparison company and have had all the big players in the courier market like Fedex, Dhl, ups, Aramex just to name a few jump on the opportunity to have our account opened and to do business with us, everyone benefitting from TV adverts billboard and extensive marketing campaigns.
Only to be responded by a one dimensional thought process that your account has been declined, and options given to lower the credit application then was just replied by WE CANT - LOL
Anyway this was a potential min 60K per month account lost.
I suggest next time before you just rudely reply to account applications you just get some in depth of whats going on, this is a brand new company and clearly would not have a credit record on the FNB account opened, we have not even started trading with this account, even a request to pay in advance example keeping a 50K credit was shut down, I understand this is not how you operate and against T&C
