Problems with re-instatement of bad service

I completed forms last week wednesdday for my re-instatement Zone Manager Ruth Adrian forwarded me to Alviena Daniels.

i completed the form and have laso forwaded them the settlement letter from NBA.I am however very unpleased with the type of service i get from these 2 ladies. I dont know how many times i have called the call centre and they told me they have not received my forms. A week later... really. I called Ruth again and she told me i can call Avon credit control mysekf and follow-up. I did that and the agent at credit control tells me the Zone manager must do the follow-up.

i dont understand the bad service at all because at the end of the day they are going to make money from my sales.

Why do people take leadership roles if they cant manage i have contacted the buss leader i dont know how many times and she is njot picking my calls. M y worry is the orders that i am sitting with that have not been placed.

All i want to know when is this account to be re-instated and where are the forms i complted together with the settlement letter.

this is very bad service form your leadership and it gives Avon a very bad name.
