Lopec refused to refund the money paid for spares. Lopec assured me that the part is 100% at least 3 times. When fitted the part was defective. When I tried to return the part I was told that it was to late. No return policy statement was displayed in the shop nor was any mention made that the shop would be closed from the 19/12 to the 6/1 making it impossible for me to return the part. Nor was there any return policy on the invoice. Now due to their arrogance I am out of pocket. The part is defective, no mention made of return policy, none displayed or any mention made that the shop would be closed.
I want a refund.
