On 07 December I discovered I owed licensing fees and penalties for the vehicle which MiWay had taken after the accident in 2009. The sold the vehicle through their salvage in 2010 however the vehicle still reflected on my name. I could not obtain a license disc on registration of my other vehicle and could therefore not drive it on a public road. I called Miway on 07 December 2012 to have them submit documents so I could clear the vehicle from my name to no avail. I could not even do my travels which I had planned for the december holidays as I practically do not have a vehicle. To date I still rely on friends to get to work and each time I call MiWay I am sent from pillar to post with no clear undertaking to resolve the problem. Since 07 December I have spoken to Nkele, Ethel, Solani, Rina all of whom kept making promisses to resolve the matter but on the 17th January 2013 there's still no clear solution. Nkele passed the matter to the assessor Albert on 20 December. On 17 January another assessor Chris is said to be going to request these documents from somebody else. Did they just realize now of this querry over two months later? I still regret the day I took up this insuranc
