Dean, owner of Kodak Express in Morningside, has the capacity to treat long-standing customers like dirt, shouts, knows ZERO about customer service.
His staff by contrast - Mavis and Thebogo, and Mohammed - are wonderful.
Dean should not be allowed to have anything to do with customers. He should sit at the back of his shop and take his frustrations out on his machines. His behaviour is disgraceful.
