My Kodak video camera stopped working after 6 months from purchase and so I took it in for repair under guarantee in March 2013. It is now October 2013 and I am still waiting for repair to be done. I have visited the shop 6 times and rang more than a dozen times but they tell me that they are still waiting and that they will call me when ready! Which they don't. At one point it even came back to the shop only to find out that the problem was still there. Kodak's after sales warrantee is rubbish!!!
