On Saterday the 23/02/2013 I went to CNA to print some photos @ the Kodak Machine. I by accident put the memory card in the wrong slide.. That caused that the memory card is STUCK. I was looking for someone to help me @ CNA but there were NO ONE in sight. Eventually I got someone. She told me that this have happend before. But it took MONTHS before they got their memory card back!! I WILL NOT WAIT MONTHS!!
I then spoke to the manager who tried to help me. She did let Kodak know on Monday the 25/02/2013. She got a REF nr 250230.
Kodak can not tell her when they will send a technician. They will let her know when.

It is now Wednesday the 27/02/2013 and still there is no DATE or TIME that a technician will go out!
