Nothing done!!

I purchased a brand new Chev Utility from the GM Hyde Park branch and collected the vehicle on about the 11th of December 2013.

Last week I was pulled over in a standard Metro Police road block and thought nothing of it. The officer then notified me that my temp licence had expired and I could receive a R1000 fine. With this being my first new car purchase I did not know they expired and where merely there to show that the actual licence is in the process of being done. I explained to him that I will go straight to the dealership that day and he fortunately let me go. I did go to the dealership shortly after that and now giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was year end when I bought the car, I walked in there cool headed, however on arrival I learnt that the salesman that had done my deal had left at the end of December and all my paper work was still sitting there yet to even be processed!! This also includes the money that I am still owed back from my trade-in car!!!

After leaving the dealership that day I was told that I would be contacted soon. This was on Wednesday last week and I am still waiting to hear from someone! Not holding my breath though!!
