Would Not Accept Parcels

The apparent manager of Lyndhurst Post Office firstly allowed a delivery person from EMS to jump the queue infront of me.
Then finally when i got to the front of the queue he said he would not accept my parcels as there is writing on the side of the one package.

I had 3 packages and he wouldnt accept it causing me to find another branch, the excuse was that it must be covered by brown paper. Now i have posted parcels for about 10 years at various branches all over south africa and it's news to me that this is "standard practice"

If this is a requrement it should be noted and clearly so. I was the third client that was there that was upset at the way this branch operates and the attitude of the "Manager"
