I registered my account Mid-December 2013. After multiple calls to the callcentre with empty promises to send my password via e-mail and via sms, and a follow-up e-mail dated 07.01.2014 - which was deleted without being read - I am still waiting for my password so I can log-into my account.
A text-book example of what SANRAL demonstrates their idea of Customer service/support must be.
