Whats new with E toll

I received an sms on the 04.01.2014 stating I owed an amount of R307.20 for e- toll use and that my account was handed over to VPC for collection purposes.

To this day I have not received any notice or letter in the post stating and giving proof of my use of the highways as well as proof that I owed the R307.20.

On the 6 January I called the call centre and spoke to Philip Moagi who was unprofessional and very rude. He advised that if we have received the sms we should just pay the account. I asked where the post was sent to and he said that we need to be registered e-toll users in order to log into our account to verify the information. We asked for proof that we were notified before hand of the R307.20 before it was handed over to attorneys and he advised there is no proof. We asked for him to investigate the matter and advise of of the proof and outcome of the matter, that we were not goven proof of the transaction. Ref 2001501507 was given and Philip Moagi advised us within 24 hours we would receive feedback as to the transaction details.

It has now been 168 hours later (7 days) and still no call from Philip has been received.

All I want in the proof of the transaction
