SERIOUSLY?
So this holiday I go up, from Cape Town, to visit my family in Jhb and see these alien bridges... only to find out that they are additional tolls to drive around Jhb. Yesterday I recieved a bill of R235.35 for 7 days of driving around. WOW!! At those rates ALL Jhb drivers will be bankrupt within a year!! I only drove around for three days and that's my bill!?!? AND there is no break down showing me how I racked up this additional bill. Further more, there is no way to buy an e-tag before entering and using these roads. WHAT THE???
