On the 30th of December, I was travelling on the N17 from Richards Bay. Paid all the toll fees and took the Rondebolt offramp to go home after the Denel Plaza (at Carnival City).

I received a statement and VPN from Sanral to pay before the 30th of Jan to qualify for a discount, as far as I am concerned I paid my tollfees already and will not pay the additional R65.00 as it is a tolled road already, and if I remember correctly your site states that E-tolls are not charged on roads that are tolled already.

So I hereby contest the statement and will wait to see what happens further, please send me an invoice with pictures showing which gantry I drove under on that day (times and dates as well please). I have not logged a call with your call centre either as that seems to be a futile exercise that I frankly do not have the time or patience for.
