Who needs lights on the highway at night!

Yesterday evening I drove from the East of Pretoria to Oliver Tambo Airport as I do quite frequently. I used the highway as I usually do. Since sanral instituted the e-toll and bragged about our amazing roads I hoped to see ALL of the lights working for a change. There were 5 separate areas (you may know where they are?) where there were no lights for short or longer stretches. Two quite near the airport. one near Irene mall... So nothing has changed... No additional maintenance since the collection of e-tolls...
