I live on the lower South Coast of Kwa Zulu Natal - None of my motor vehicles have been in Gauteng for about 3 years and today my wife gets an email demand from Scamral for R 150.00 addressed to a De Klerk (not my name) saying that the account is now overdue.
How the did they get our email address? They now want me to take time and spend money to dispute this frivolous claim.
There is no return email address and I'll be damned if I'm going to spend time phoning them to prove my case - I thought the basis of our law was innocent until proven guilty.
