ILLEGAL ACTION BY SANRAL - BULLYING TACTICS

I used the N1 on 6 December from Johannesburg to Pretoria, never received an invoice, and today a curt SMS to say that I have overdue e-toll fees of R101.31 and have been handed over to VPC. As far as I'm concerned this is totally illegal - first of all where did they get my cell no, and no detailed invoice? Who pays anything (and where) with no invoice? RUDE - I will NOT PAY THIS!!! I demand an apology - you cannot just send someone an sms and demand money from them
