My account was debited for the month of December although I was told that my last payment would be in November. When I phoned the call center after receiving a sms for the debit I was told that my debit was not reflecting as yet but my account is paid up and I am not owing anything, the lady them advised me to fax them a statement which I did. When I called back yesterday after faxing the statement the lady I spoke to advised me that after my payment on November it reflexed that they were owing to me and that they will get back to me. Today after no one got back to me I called and was told that suddenly there was an outstanding balance therefore they did debit but they did have a problem in December therefore the wrong amount was taken. What a load of, especially after 2 people verified the same story but now after receiving proof that I was debited suddenly I did have an outstanding balance which is ridiculous. I would love to get a reply but I also see that they never ever reply to any of these complaints but if I am not satisfied I will be taking this matter further.
