Ship part of a container to Perth
Would take 3 months - I arrive on 11 January, so expect end of Jan, beginning Feb. I could handle sleeping on a blow up mattress for 1 month.
Contacted and responded well to coming out and getting a quote
Called for 2 weeks trying to get a moving/collection date - excuse was admin from another department
Collected on 6 November 2013 -Called and emailed incessantly for an invoice to pay!!
EVENTUALLY received bill on 6 DECEMBER 2013 - excuses about admin
Been calling continuously once a week -on 23 DECEMBER when I CALLED, said leaving dock on or before 31 DECEMBER 2013, she would email me the papers by the end of the day.
Emailed called on 5 January 2014 as NO DOCUMENTATION was emailed- was told it had been emailed2me (yet another cover up)-she would email it again (did not) and that the container WAS IN CAPE TOWN about to leave!!
My shipment will now arrive in Perth end of MARCH 2014 with luck, I will be sleeping on the FLOOR FOR 3 MONTHS my guests arriving in APRIL may have to do the same! from start to end 6 MONTH PROCESS!! I only went with Biddulphs because of a friends good experience - mine is BAD
