Extremely poor service by Biddulphs Western Cape

I moved to Cape Town on 19 January and used Biddulphs to do the move. After the delivery of my furniture I realised a box with parts of my double bed base and corner unit was missing, towels was gone, as well as a big mirror was broken.
After NUMEROUS phone calls and e-mails I eventually contacted the manager to assist. Long story short their response was the following: if something gets broken during a move, they "fix" it themselves (which was done extremely poor). The furniture was "fixed" only two months after the move.
Biddulphs then informed me that they will pay R300 for all the damages! The value of the furniture and goods before the move was ten times more than this!!!
The service was extremely poor and I will not recommend anyone to use this branch's services.
