NO delivery after payment!

I received a 40% off voucher for the ubba bubba wrap in a gift bag from Mediclinic Nelspruit after giving birth there. I placed my order and paid R214 (postage inc) on 10 Dec 2012 and was told it would take 10-14 workdays. The 14th day I emailed her as I hadn't received it. Monday 7 January I sent another email as I hadn't received a response. I contacted Michelle by sms and she said it should've been delivered and she would check. I asked for the tracking nr but got nothing. She said my wrap had disappeared from the database. 11 January 2013 I still hadn't received it. Michelle said her seamstresses would be back at work on Monday and then they would replace and overnight courier it to me. I kept smsing and asking for the tracking nr. She also forgot my colour wrap. Thursday she finally gave me a tracking nr and said it should show on the system by Friday. I queried this as I was told on Tuesday that it had been sent by overnight courier, again no response. Friday the post officetold that me this wasn't an overnight tracking nr. The tracking nr she gave me didn't show up on the system. The post office told me today that the tracking nr I was given is wrong, it doesn't exist.
