On the 20th November 2013, Mr T Naik checked into Cape Town International Airport to fly to OR Tambo International for an interview at a certain university, regarding employment as well as a studying bursary. His flight was delayed from 11:55 and he only ended up leaving Cape Town International at 15:00 on the 20th. Due to this, the interview was cancelled and hence his opportunity to get the job and study aid is no more. This is Kulula's fault as when he advised the staff at the help desk they just turned him away and said there was nothing they could do. This is the first issue.

Upon arriving in Johannesburg, Mr Naik called his family to collect him from the Airport. Once he arrived at their home, he checked his bags, upon which he found that both his External 2TB Hard Drive along with his Ipad 3 had been missing from his bag. He then tried calling Kulula but was unsuccessful in getting through. Mr Naik then went to OR Tambo to report the incident.

When he arrived at OR Tambo, he was told that he cannot be helped and that his insurance must sort out his issues. Mr Naik is a 20 year old Student who does not have insurance and this is unacceptable
