After being threatened by MBD Inc last year they eventually sent me a message of apology through Hello Peter promising to have me struck from their database and said that they would not contact me on the matter again.

I am once again receiving threatening SMS's from the SABC stating that I am being handed over to MBD Inc... again. I just can't believe it!
I am forwarding these on to my lawyer so that he has the evidence.
