I went to Partners Hair Design at Canal Walk.
I had just booked a color. The stylist, Karin, hardly chatted to me she was too busy screaming at everyone int the salon about "Who my juice". It was terribly unprofessional. I was there to relax and enjoy my hair being washed etc. But her ranting really killed the atmosphere.
I was given a book by Karin's assistant to choose the color. She then asked if she could prep me for the color. And before I knew it... Color was being applied to my head and I realized that I had not told anyone the colour I wanted.
Also RED was applied to my head. I immediately told the assistant who said that Karin had instructed her to just apply the colour. At no point did Karin even take a look or feel my hair.
Karin just avoided the entire situation and told the assistant to wash my hair.. she refused to speak to me. I got really angry as she said I should have spoken up.
She said "yeah yeah yeah Im sorry" and continued ignoring me.
The rest of the staff came to say sorry but she just went on with the client she was busy with.
I sent an email to Partners Head Office... but have not received any feedback to correct the situation.
