They changed my filter sand and replaced the valve in May 2013. The valve leaked from day 1 so I got them back to have a look and Francois had some obscure explanation and left without fixing it. I've lived with this since then but today realised how much water was actually being wasted.
I sent Elsabe a photograph asking for it to be fixed or I would lodge a case in terms of CPA and within seconds she called me back - not to try to resolve the problem but to shout at me, saying things like I've picked the wrong person to mess with! I'm appalled by this attitude and that rather than try to resolve the problem she picks a fight with the customer...
