Replaced water valve to house in 2012 - R3 000.00. Guarantee expired 1 year later - October 2013. Guess what? The valve broke in January 2014 so I had to pay again. Over the past 2 weeks, they replaced the valve 4 times - no additional charges but inconvenience and lots of water wasted. After replacing it again today, I had no water to my house tonight. The owner's attitude was: I can send someone tomorrow morning. Am I a difficult client to expect 24/7 service based on the name and indicating that is what I expect after being patient for 2 weeks. I don't think so. The owner said "Aaag" and told me that he undercharged me and I should not phone him again. This company does not respond because the owner does not care. Do not use them to show you you care to receive good service.
